Guests of Rumi experience moments where adventure and indulgence intertwine.
Every experience we offer includes transfers to our island. The journey to Louth Island is approximately 3km from Louth Bay and 28km from Port Lincoln.
There are two main ways in which guests are transferred to the island.
SEALEGS TRANSFER

Each and every guest visiting the island, whether they are staying overnight or enjoying a day experience, will embark on a unique transfer via our Sealegs Vessels.
The Sealegs are amphibious – they drive on the sand, then into the water – the legs fold up and away you go! In just 7-15 minutes, you’ll find yourself at your destination, at the heart of the island.
Odyssey catamaran transfer
The Epitome
Of Luxury.
For guests who select a day voyage experience, transfers will include a 2-hour sail onboard our luxury catamaran Odyssey. Guests will be transferred between the Odyssey and a Rumi tender during these trips, ensuring a seamless journey to the island.
As transfers to and from the island are onboard water vessels, guests will be kindly asked to remove shoes and wear appropriate attire for the weather and circumstances.
